Community Autism Services (CAS) is seeking a Part-Time Behavior Technician to deliver 1:1 ABA therapy to children in home and community settings under BCBA supervision. You’ll support skill development and behavior goals while maintaining a flexible schedule that fits your life.

We provide paid onboarding, ongoing supervision, and opportunities to pursue RBT certification. This role emphasizes balance with school, caregiving, or other commitments and offers a $500 sign-on bonus.

Qualifications

• Must be 18+ years old.
• High School diploma or GED required.
• Ability to actively engage in child-centered play and therapeutic activities.
• Ability to meet the physical demands of the role (lifting up to 50 lbs).
• Reliable transportation and ability to travel within your service region.
• Valid driver’s license and punctual attendance.
• No prior ABA experience required—we train you.

This role is ideal for individuals balancing school, caregiving responsibilities, or other professional commitments.

What You'll Do

• Use play-based and individualized strategies to engage children
• Collect accurate session data and progress notes
• Communicate with families and clinical supervisors
• Apply feedback and coaching to strengthen clinical skills

Pay Range

• Hourly Rate:$20.00 - $26.00/hour (based on education and experience)

• Prior experience in ABA or behavioral health
• Higher education or relevant coursework
• Fluency in additional languages
• Advanced certifications or specialized training

Qualifications & Essential Job Functions

• Minimum age of 18
• High School diploma or GED required
• Ability to actively engage in child-centered play and therapeutic activities
• Ability to meet the physical demands of the role, including:

• Lifting and carrying up to 50 lbs
• Bending, kneeling, squatting, and transitioning between activities and locations
• Responding appropriately to challenging behaviors, including aggression or elopement

• Reliable transportation and ability to travel consistently within your assigned service region
• Valid driver's license and punctual attendance
• No prior ABA experience required - we train you
