Community Autism Services (CAS) is seeking a Part-Time Home & Community Behavior Technician (BT/RBT) in Chicopee, MA. Earn $20.00-$26.00 per hour with a $500 sign-on bonus while delivering 1:1 ABA therapy under BCBA supervision in home and community settings.

The role emphasizes flexible weekday availability, paid onboarding/training, and ongoing supervision, designed for individuals balancing school, caregiving, or other commitments.

Qualifications

Role Overview

As a Part-Time Home & Community Behavior Technician, you'll deliver 1:1 ABA therapy to children in natural environments under BCBA supervision. You'll support skill development and behavior goals while working a schedule that fits your lifestyle.

This role is ideal for individuals balancing school, caregiving responsibilities, or other professional commitments.

Pay Range

• Hourly Rate:$20.00 - $26.00/hour (based on education and experience)

• Reliable transportation and ability to travel consistently within your assigned service region
• Valid driver's license and punctual attendance
• No prior ABA experience required - we train you
