Role Overview

As a Part-Time Home & Community Behavior Technician,you'lldelivery 1:1 ABA therapy to children's natural settings, including homes, schools, and community environments. You'll work under BCBA supervision to support skill development and positive behavior change-while gradually building experience and hours toward a full-time schedule if desired.

Pay Range

Qualifications & Essential Job Functions

• Minimum age of 18

• Ability to meet the physical demands of the role, including:
• Lifting and carrying up to 50lbs Bending, kneeling, squatting, and transitioning between activities and locations Responding appropriately to challenging behaviors, including aggression or elopement
• Reliable transportation and ability to travel consistently within your assigned service region
• Valid driver's license and punctual attendance
• Comfort working across home, school, and community settings
• No prior ABA experiencerequired- we train you
