Butterfly Effects is hiring Behavior Technicians/ RBTs for in-home, after-school sessions in Sanford, NC. This part-time role offers 12–20 hours per week, with opportunities to advance toward RBT certification and BCBA supervision through our support and funding.

You will work with children with autism on communication, social interaction, and self-care, under BCBA guidance, in a family-centered ABA program. A high school diploma is required, and a tablet or laptop is needed for data collection.

Qualifications

• Must have a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification is required if already obtained.
• Strong passion for working with children and positive attitude is essential.
• Good interpersonal skills for working with children and families.
• Reliable transportation and a personal vehicle may be required.
• Device readiness: tablet or laptop to use during sessions.

Responsabilités

• Implement individualized treatment plans under BCBA supervision.
• Observe, record, and report client progress and behavior daily.
• Manage challenging behaviors.
• Apply behavioral principles consistently in interactions.
• Assist clients in acquiring academic or life skills.
• Communicate professionally with parents and team members.
• Complete daily paperwork and data collection accurately.
• Participate in ongoing training to improve skills.
• Maintain client confidentiality and follow BE policies.
