RISE UP FOR AUTISM is committed to your professional growth! We provide comprehensive training to support you in obtaining your Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification. Upon certification, enjoy an hourly wage increase, an RBT incentive program, and potential bonuses based on performance reviews at 6 months and 1 year.

Day-to-day responsibilities include: working with children to implement behavior intervention plans, providing one-on-one therapy, collecting data, and collaborating with BCBAs to ensure effective treatment. Maintain a safe environment and accurately document progress. Your work will help children achieve their goals and reach their full potential.
Ideal candidates: have a passion for working with individuals on the autism spectrum, excellent communication skills, patience, empathy, and the ability to build rapport. Prior experience is preferred but not required; training and professional development are provided. Familiarity with data collection software like Catalyst or Theralytics is a plus.
Salary: $18.00 - $24.00 per hour.
