Job summary

Community Autism Services (CAS) is seeking a Part-Time Home & Community Behavior Technician to deliver 1:1 ABA therapy to children in homes, schools, and community settings under BCBA supervision.

The role offers a growth path to full-time BT, with paid onboarding and ongoing clinical support. Weekday availability is preferred, with opportunities to transition to more hours as cases become available.

Qualifications

  • Minimum age 18 and eligibility to work in the U.S.
  • Ability to actively engage in child-centered play and therapeutic activities
  • Ability to meet the physical demands of the role (lifting up to 50 lbs)
  • Reliable transportation and ability to travel within your service region
  • Valid driver's license and punctual attendance
  • No prior ABA experience required - training provided

Role Overview

As a Part-Time Home & Community Behavior Technician, you'll deliver 1:1 ABA therapy to children in natural settings, including homes, schools, and community environments. You'll work under BCBA supervision to support skill development and positive behavior change-while gradually building experience and hours toward a full-time schedule if desired.

Pay Range
  • Hourly Rate:$23.00 - $28.00/hour (based on education and experience)
Additionalfactors that may increase starting pay include:
  • Prior ABA or behavioral health experience
  • Higher education or relevant coursework
  • Fluency in additional languages
  • Advanced certifications or specialized training
Qualifications & Essential Job Functions

  • Comfort working across home, school, and community settings
  • No prior ABA experience required - we train you
