Job summary

Center for Social Dynamics (CSD) is hiring a Behavior Specialist to support students with diverse learning needs across homes, centers, and community settings. You’ll help children build communication, social, and life skills using engaging play and evidence-based strategies. Training is provided and growth paths are mapped.

Although entry-level, the role offers paid training, flexible scheduling, and meaningful work that lights up futures for students and families.

Requirements

• H.S. Diploma or GED
• Flexible availability (especially Mon–Fri afternoons/evenings + Saturdays)
• Proof of vaccinations (MMR, Varicella)
• Reliable transportation
• Comfort working with diverse populations
• Willingness to complete training and documentation
• Ability to frequently sit and stand; keeping pace with your client
