Job summary

Center for Social Dynamics is seeking a Behavior Specialist to help kids build communication, social, and life skills through play and evidence-based strategies. You’ll work in homes, centers, or community settings, following plans from clinical leaders and celebrating small wins.

Qualifications

• H.S. Diploma or GED required.
• Flexible availability (Mon–Fri afternoons/evenings + Saturdays).
• Proof of vaccinations (MMR, Varicella, COVID – CA mandated).
• Reliable transportation.
• Comfort working with diverse populations.
• Willingness to complete training and documentation.
• Ability to frequently sit and stand; pace with client.
