Start mid-August with 24 hours/week, Monday to Friday, morning through late afternoon, serving children in home, school and community settings under Mobile Therapist supervision. Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Bachelor's degree in a human services field.
• Valid driver's license and car insurance.
• PA State Police Criminal History Check.
• FBI Criminal Background Check completed through the Department of Human Services.
• PA Childline Abuse History Clearance.

Responsibilities

• Support children in managing challenging behaviors
• Help children build social and problem-solving skills
• Reinforce positive behaviors and parental strategies
• Assist children with integration into group activities
• Collect behavioral data to support treatment progress
• Assist with de-escalation when needed

Are you interested in making a difference in children’s lives while building valuable experience in the human services field? We’re looking for part-time Behavioral Health Technicians (BHTs) to join our dedicated team! Starting as a BHT is a great entry point into the behavioral health field. After gaining one year of experience, you’ll become eligible for other growth opportunities within our organization.

As a BHT, you’ll work under the supervision of a Mobile Therapist or Behavioral Consultant to implement individualized treatment plans in the child’s home, school, and community settings. Your responsibilities will include:
