Frey Consulting Group in Hershey, PA is seeking a Behavioral Health Technician (BHT) to work in a school-based setting with students with autism. You will support behavior, communication, and social skill development using ABA strategies, with predictable daytime hours.
This full-time role offers ongoing training, collaboration with teachers and school staff, and a supportive team. A high school diploma is required, and no prior ABA experience is necessary as training is provided.
Work Location: Hershey, PA (15 minutes from Harrisburg at a state of the art campus)
Monday–Friday | 7:30 AM – 3:30 PM
Paid school breaks + Fridays off in summer
$37,280 salary + full benefits
