Positive Behavior Supports Corp. (PBS) is recruiting entry-level Behavior Assistants and Registered Behavior Technicians (RBT) in California.

Part-time positions are available with potential to become full-time as caseloads grow. The PBS program offers complimentary RBT training and pathways toward BCBA careers, with mentorship and advancement opportunities for those committed to helping children with autism.

Qualifications

• Experience in ABA therapy, childcare, or education is a plus.
• Ability to engage clients during sessions and follow supervision by a BCBA.
• Willingness to travel locally if required.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children with autism using ABA strategies under supervision of a BCBA.
• Implement individualized treatment plans designed and trained by a BCBA.
• Collect and record data to track client progress using PBS tracking tools.
• Communicate with families and clinical teams to ensure client success.
• Attend scheduled supervisions, team meetings and ongoing training.
