Job summary

Center for Social Dynamics (CSD) is hiring a Behavior Specialist. You will use play-based strategies to help children build communication, social, and life skills, delivering sessions at home, in centers, or in the community with energy and compassion.

No prior experience is required as we provide paid training and a clear growth path, including tuition reimbursement. The role offers a weekday schedule with optional Saturday hours and a supportive team environment.

Qualifications

• H.S. Diploma or GED required.
• Flexible availability (Mon–Fri afternoons/evenings + Saturdays).
• Proof of vaccinations (MMR, Varicella) required.
• Reliable transportation.
