Responsibilities

• Conduct makeup applications, perform skincare analyses, and recommend products based on customer beauty goals.
• Engage customers to build relationships and a customer following both in‑store and digitally.
• Set and achieve sales goals using selling tools, including text and social media.
• Book appointments and drive sales for in‑store beauty events and services.
• Manage sales transactions, refunds, exchanges, and open store rewards program accounts.
• Maintain organization and cleanliness to keep the department customer‑ready.
• Stay current on beauty trends and complete trainings provided by brands and the company.
