Job summary

tarte cosmetics is seeking experienced retail sales associates for part-time opportunities in select geographic markets.

Requirements include passion for tarte products, beauty retail experience (Sephora/Ulta), strong communication skills, and ability to drive sales. Candidates should be available on weekends and some evenings, own a smartphone, and be comfortable with apps and social media.

Qualifications

• Passion for tarte products.
• Retail sales experience in beauty, Sephora or Ulta.
• Strong relationship-building and verbal communication skills.
• Customer service oriented with ability to engage customers.
• Merchandising and planogram experience.
• Competitive spirit with a drive to achieve sales goals (SPH target: $200/hour).
• Availability during peak hours including weekends and some evenings.
• Own a smartphone and have working knowledge of apps and social media.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers in selecting tarte products and deliver exceptional service.
• Maintain merchandising, product displays, and planograms.
• Meet or exceed sales goals and SPH targets.
• Engage customers with product knowledge and demonstrations.
• Support store team during peak hours, including weekends and evenings.
