Job summary

tarte is seeking experienced retail sales associates for part-time opportunities in select geographic markets. You will engage customers, promote tarte products, and contribute to in-store objectives.

Applicants should have retail experience (Sephora/Ulta preferred), strong relationship-building and communication skills, and a passion for cruelty-free cosmetics. Availability on weekends/evenings and smartphone proficiency required.

Qualifications

• Passion for tarte products.
• Retail sales experience in Sephora and/or Ulta environments.
• Strong relationship-building and verbal communication skills.
• Enthusiasm for customer service with the ability to engage customers.
• Merchandising and planogram experience.
• Competitive SPH target: $200/hour.
• Availability during peak retail hours, including weekends and some evenings.
• Own a smartphone and familiarity with social media apps.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers in-store to drive sales and achieve targets.
• Maintain attractive merchandising and product displays.
• Provide product recommendations and build customer relationships.
