Job summary

SalonCentric, a subsidiary of L'Oreal USA, is seeking a Part Time Key Holder to support our professional beauty store teams in the United States. You will provide outstanding customer service, learn product knowledge, and assist with promotions and inventory control.

This role emphasizes weekend availability and a friendly, energetic team environment with opportunities for growth and continuous education on hair and beauty products.

Qualifications

• Outstanding customer service and communication skills.
• Retail or related experience strongly preferred.
• Basic reading and math skills.
• Ability to use computerized point of sale system; SAP experience preferred.
• Must be able to work weekends as availability guidelines require.
• 18 years of age and High School Diploma or equivalent GED preferred.
• Must be able to lift up to 20 lbs.
• Must be able to stand and walk about the store during shift.
• Authorization to work in the United States on a full-time, permanent basis; no sponsorship offered.

Responsibilities

• Wow the Customer - Consistently deliver exceptional customer service to Salon professionals.
• Deliver Results - Sell the finest professional beauty brands and educate customers on promotions, events and products; replenish merchandise; participate in inventories; maintain store appearance; process sales and returns.
