Job summary

SalonCentric, a subsidiary of L'Oreal USA, is seeking a Part Time Key Holder to deliver outstanding service to Salon professionals in a fast-paced retail environment. This role focuses on customer engagement, product knowledge, and smooth store operations.

Compensation ranges from $16.60 to $18.60 per hour with most major holidays off, employee discounts, ongoing product training, and growth opportunities within SalonCentric and L’Oréal USA.

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Retail or related experience preferred.
• Able to lift up to 20 lbs and stand/walk during shift.
• Must be able to work weekends.

Responsibilities

• Wow the customer by delivering exceptional service.
• Sell and educate on promotions and products; process and replenish merchandise; participate in inventories and cycles; maintain store appearance.
• Be an expert and share beauty industry trends with customers.
• Collaborate with team to meet goals and priorities.
