About The Role
As Beauty Advisor, you will drive sales through an authentic passion for beauty and engage clients by identifying their needs with a consultative approach, ensuring an excellent overall client experience. You will maintain expert knowledge of top beauty brands, execute merchandise sets, and support replenishment and visual standards according to Sephora at Kohl’s standards.
What You’ll Do
- Build strong client loyalty by identifying needs and suggesting products to drive sales, including upselling opportunities.
- Demonstrate credibility through product knowledge and awareness of beauty trends.
- Inspire clients by demonstrating products and application techniques to promote sales.
- Complete required training to expand your knowledge.
- Maintain Sephora visual merchandising and operational standards, including merchandise sets, tester maintenance, and cleanliness.
- Support omni-channel processing within the department.
- Assist with inventory management from receipt to sale, including freight processing, back stocking, replenishment, and inventory counts.
- Support visual elements and communicate missed or damaged products/fixtures to the supervisor.

Required Skills
- Passion for beauty.
- Experience in client-facing retail or service industry.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Flexible availability including days, nights, weekends, and holidays.
