Job Description Summary

Required Weekend Availability

Drive sales through an authentic passion for beauty. Engage clients by identifying their needs with a consultative approach, showcasing top beauty brands and best-in-class merchandise.

Key Accountabilities

• Build strong client loyalty and drive sales through a hospitality mentality.
• Influence clients by identifying their needs and suggesting products to increase sales; identify opportunities to upsell products and services.
• Demonstrate credibility to clients through knowledge of products and beauty trends.
• Inspire clients by demonstrating product application to enhance sales.
• Ensure excellent merchandise operations, support merchandise displays, maintain testers, and uphold cleanliness and hygiene standards.
• Assist with inventory management and pricing within the department.
• Support visual merchandising and communicate any issues with products or fixtures to the supervisor.
• Maintain curiosity and continuously expand knowledge in the beauty industry.

Pay and Benefits
