This role involves driving sales through an authentic passion for beauty, engaging clients with a consultative approach, and ensuring an excellent client experience. Responsibilities include maintaining expert knowledge of top beauty brands, executing merchandise sets, and supporting replenishment and visual standards according to Sephora at Kohl’s standards.

What You’ll Do

• Build strong client loyalty by identifying needs and suggesting products to drive sales, including upselling opportunities
• Demonstrate credibility through product knowledge and awareness of beauty trends
• Inspire clients by demonstrating products and application techniques
• Complete all required training to expand knowledge
• Maintain Sephora visual merchandising and operational standards, including merchandise sets and cleanliness
• Support omni-processing, inventory management, and visual elements of the department
• Communicate missed or damaged products/fixtures to the supervisor
