We are hiring for the position of Part-Time Beauty Advisor - Sephora at Kohl's.

About The Role

As a Beauty Advisor, you will drive sales through your passion for beauty, engaging clients with a consultative approach to identify their needs and ensure an excellent customer experience. You will maintain expertise in top beauty brands, execute merchandise displays, and support replenishment and visual standards according to Sephora at Kohl’s standards.

What You’ll Do

• Build strong client loyalty by identifying needs and suggesting products to drive sales, including upselling opportunities.
• Demonstrate product knowledge and stay updated on beauty trends to establish credibility with clients.
• Inspire clients by demonstrating product application and usage.
• Complete required training to expand your knowledge.
• Maintain visual merchandising and operational standards, including merchandise displays, tester maintenance, and cleanliness.
• Support omni-channel processing within the department.
• Assist with inventory management from receipt to sale, including freight processing, back stocking, replenishment, and inventory counts.
• Support visual elements and communicate any missed or damaged products or fixtures to your supervisor.

Compensation and Benefits

Pay Range: $15.00 - $19.45 per hour.
