Kohl’s Beauty Advisor role invites you to drive sales with a genuine passion for beauty, engaging clients through consultative needs analysis and delivering an exceptional in-store experience.

You will maintain expert knowledge of top beauty brands, execute visual merchandising standards, participate in training, and support inventory, replenishment, and department cleanliness to ensure flawless presentation.

Qualifications

• Authentic passion for beauty.
• Client-facing retail or service industry experience.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to influence clearly.
• Flexible availability to work days, nights, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Build strong client loyalty and influence clients by identifying their needs and suggesting products to drive sales.
• Demonstrate credibility to the client through knowledge of products and beauty trends.
• Inspire clients through product demonstrations and application.
• Actively engage and complete required training to expand knowledge.
• Execute and maintain Sephora visual merchandising and standards within Kohl’s.
• Support omni-processing within the department.
• Support inventory management from receipt to sale, including freight processing and replenishment.
• Support visual elements of the department and communicate misses to the supervisor.
