Job Description

Key Accountabilities

• Build strong client loyalty and drive sales through a hospitality mentality.
• Influence clients by identifying their needs and suggesting products to drive sales; identify opportunities to upsell products and services.
• Demonstrate credibility to clients through knowledge of products and beauty trends.
• Inspire clients by demonstrating product applications to enhance sales.
• Ensure excellent merchandise operations, including supporting merchandise displays, maintaining testers, and upholding cleanliness and hygiene standards.
• Assist with inventory management and pricing within the department.
• Support visual merchandising and communicate any missed or damaged products or fixtures to the Supervisor.
• Show continuous curiosity to learn and expand knowledge in the beauty industry, both for self-improvement and client engagement.

Physical Requirements

• Lift up to 50 lbs frequently and over 50 lbs with assistance.
• Climb, squat, stoop, kneel, crouch, reach, lift, grasp, push, and pull regularly.
• Stand and walk for entire shifts (at least 8 hours).
• Visually verify information and inspect merchandise.
• Wear face masks or coverings and other PPE as required.
• Withstand exposure to varying temperatures, humidity, and environmental elements during specific duties.

Minimum Qualifications

• Passion for beauty and client-facing retail or service experience.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to influence.
• Curiosity and eagerness to learn.
