Job summary

Hand Over Hand LLC seeks a part-time BCBA in Hudson County, NJ to provide ABA services in home, school, and community settings. Flexible scheduling, data-driven treatment, and collaboration with families and teachers are central to the role.

You will develop and oversee individualized ABA plans and ensure fidelity of care. Requirements include active BCBA certification and NJ LBA license, plus a Master’s in ABA or related field.

Qualifications

• Active BCBA certification and in good standing with the BACB.
• Master’s degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, or related field.
• Licensed in New Jersey (NJ LBA).
• Experience providing ABA services to children with autism.
• Ability to supervise RBTs and BTs.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and oversee individualized ABA treatment plans.
• Conduct assessments and set goals based on data.
• Provide ongoing supervision and feedback to RBTs/BTs.
• Monitor progress and adjust programs as needed.
• Collaborate with families, teachers, and other providers.
• Provide parent training and support.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation with fidelity.
