Yu Ming Charter School seeks a Part-Time Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) or BCaBA to support TK-8 students with behavioral needs in Oakland, California.

Qualifications

• Current BCBA certification from BACB.
• Master's Degree in applied behavior analysis, special education, psychology or related discipline.
• Expert knowledge of intervention planning for developing behavior change strategies.

Responsibilities

• Provide supervision of behavior intervention aides.
• Deliver professional development on behavior and PBIS.
• Demonstrate data collection and behavior analysis expertise.
• Assist in writing functional assessments and behavior intervention plans.
• Train staff in data collection, positive behavior supports, and instructional methodologies.
• Develop materials and provide resources for administrators, educators, and parents.
