Job summary

Redwood Family Care Network is seeking a BCBA-certified Part Time Analyst in Victorville, CA. The role involves applying Applied Behavior Analysis, designing and maintaining Behavior Support Plans, and conducting Functional Behavior Assessments to support adults with developmental disabilities.

You will train and assist professionals, participate in multidisciplinary meetings, and ensure data-driven decisions, with a 20–40 hour monthly schedule and competitive hourly pay.

Qualifications

• BCBA certification required.
• Master’s degree preferred in related field.
• Minimum 3 years designing and implementing behavior support plans.
• Experience with adults with developmental disabilities.

Responsibilities

• Provide ongoing consultation using ABA principles.
• Design, implement, write, and maintain Behavior Support Plans as needed.
• Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments as needed.
• Regularly review and maintain data toward plan goals.
• Provide ongoing training and support for direct service professionals and managers.
• Attend multidisciplinary meetings and collaborate with other professionals.
