Redwood Family Care Network in Victorville, CA is seeking a part-time BCBA Analyst to provide ongoing consultation using Applied Behavior Analysis. Design, implement, and maintain Behavior Support Plans, conduct Functional Behavior Assessments, and review data to drive plan effectiveness.

The role collaborates with direct service professionals, home administrators, and program managers, with some in-home/remote service as needed. BCBA credential and 3+ years of experience required.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in related field preferred
• BCBA credential required
• Minimum 3 years of designing and implementing behavior support plans
• Experience with adults with developmental disabilities

Responsabilités

• Attend meetings, conferences, and conduct trainings in support of staff in behavior support plan implementation.
• Review and analyze data to evaluate effectiveness of behavior support plans and make changes as needed.
• Job responsibilities are performed using a combination of in-person and indirect (remote) service
