Job summary

Sovereign Care Services Pediatric Therapy Center in New Jersey seeks a part-time BCBA to join our clinical team after school hours. The hybrid role offers a small caseload, flexibility, and opportunities to work with both center and home-based clients.

The position emphasizes collaboration with families, bilingual capabilities welcomed, and supportive leadership. Remote documentation is common; on-site visits occur 2–3 times per month for supervision and team meetings.

Qualifications

• Must hold BCBA certification and a Master’s degree in ABA or related field.
• Experience with children on the autism spectrum or developmental disabilities.
• Strong clinical judgment and ethical decision-making.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Valid New Jersey driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Develop and oversee individualized ABA treatment plans.
• Design and monitor skill acquisition and behavior reduction programs.
• Conduct parent training and caregiver coaching.
• Supervise behavior technicians implementing treatment plans.
• Review and analyze client data to guide clinical decisions.
• Conduct assessments and contribute to behavior intervention planning.
• Collaborate with families and interdisciplinary providers.
• Maintain accurate documentation and treatment plan updates.
