Job summary

The Judge Group is seeking a dedicated Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) for a part-time, school-based contract in Upper Darby, PA. You will conduct FBAs, develop BIPs, and collaborate with educators, administrators, families, and other service providers to design effective behavioral supports for students.

The position runs for the 2026–2027 school year, with 10–20 hours per week and compensation of $65–$71 per hour.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in a relevant field is required.
• Active BCBA certification.
• BACB supervision training completed.

Responsibilities

• Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) and develop Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs).
• Provide supervision, training, and competency evaluations for RBTs, BCaBAs, and other staff.
• Analyze behavioral data, track student progress, and modify programs as needed.
• Participate in IEP meetings and collaborate with teachers and families regarding strategies.
• Maintain service documentation, monthly progress reports, and billing records.

Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and collaborative Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) for a part-time, school-based contract position for the 2026–2027 school year.

In this role, you will provide behavioral assessment, intervention planning, consultation, and supervision services to students. You will collaborate closely with educators, administrators, related service providers, and families to design and implement evidence-based behavioral programming that fosters student success.

Key Responsibilities

• Behavioral Assessments & Plans: Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) and develop comprehensive Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs).
• Staff Supervision & Support: Provide supervision, training, and competency evaluations for Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs), BCaBAs, and other behavioral support personnel.
• Program Monitoring: Analyze behavioral data, track student progress, and make ongoing program modifications.
• Collaboration: Participate in IEP meetings, multidisciplinary team meetings, and consult with teachers and parents regarding behavioral support strategies.
• Documentation & Compliance: Maintain accurate service documentation, monthly progress reports, and complete all required billing records.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Education: Master’s Degree in Behavior Analysis, Education, Psychology, Special Education, or a related field.
• Certification: Active Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification.
• Training: Completion of BACB-required supervision training.
• Experience: Prior experience conducting FBAs, developing BIPs, and working in an educational or school-based setting is preferred.
• Skills: Strong communication, leadership, and collaboration skills with a solid understanding of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principles.
