Part Time Bartender - Taste Restaurant - Embassy Suites Tampa Downtown Convention Center

A Bartender is responsible for preparing and serving beverages and/or food to guests, contributing to the hotel's goal of delivering outstanding guest service and financial profitability.

What will I be doing?

As a Bartender, your responsibilities include:

• Greeting guests and responding to inquiries and requests promptly and courteously
• Mixing and garnishing beverages according to recipes and portion standards
• Presenting and serving beverages to guests
• Checking IDs and serving alcoholic beverages in compliance with laws and regulations
• Handling payments accurately using the point-of-sale system, including cash, credit/debit cards, gift certificates, and vouchers
• Stocking and maintaining the bar, including beer, wine, spirits, and bar supplies
• Ensuring the quality of beverage perishables through proper storage and handling
• Responding professionally to inebriated guests when necessary
