Hyatt Place / Hyatt House Natomas is seeking a part-time Bartender to join our hospitality team in Sacramento, CA. You will manage beverage service, maintain bar cleanliness, and ensure compliance with state regulations.

Responsibilities include preparing and serving beverages, cleaning glassware and surfaces, completing safety logs, and monitoring inventory with FIFO practices to uphold quality and safety standards.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of bartending experience in a high-volume restaurant or hotel bar.
• Active California Food Handler Card.
• Knowledge of portion control, safe alcohol service, and sanitation codes.
• Ability to lift/move bar supplies or kegs up to 50 lbs.

Responsabilités

• Prepare and serve beverages following established recipes and presentation standards.
• Clean and sanitize glassware, counters, draft lines, and prep areas daily.
• Complete and file shift safety and health inspection logs.
• Track storage inventory, verify refrigeration temperatures, and apply FIFO rotation.
