Schulte Hospitality Group in Virginia Beach, VA is seeking a dynamic bartender for a part-time role at Holiday Inn Oceanside Hemingways. You will set up the bar, prepare drinks, handle payments, and ensure guest satisfaction while maintaining safety and compliance.

Formación

• Minimum of High School education.
• Minimum of three years in a bartending role.
• Certification in bartending preferred.
• Alcohol awareness certification preferred.
• Thorough knowledge of alcohol serving practices and standards.

Responsabilidades

• Sets up bar with liquor, juices, mixers and garnishes.
• Maintains cleanliness of bar, glasses and cutlery.
• Serves guests and ensures legal drinking age compliance.
• Prepares drinks according to standards and guest preferences.
• Handles payments and closes out the bar tab.
• Engages guests and ensures satisfaction.
• Monitors for overconsumption and takes action as needed.
• Locks up, stores items, and secures cash drops.
