Crush Lounge at The Meritage Resort & Spa in Napa, CA is seeking a part-time Bartender to join our team. You will prepare and serve cocktails, beer, wine, and non-alcoholic beverages while taking orders, assisting with table service when needed, and ensuring responsible alcohol service.

Qualifications

• Previous bartending or relevant food & beverage experience.
• Basic knowledge of spirits, beer, and wine.
• Ability to provide warm, professional guest service and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to assist with table service when needed.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve cocktails, beer, wine, and non-alcoholic beverages.
• Take food and beverage orders and enter them into the POS system.
• Provide friendly, attentive service and maintain beverage knowledge.
• May provide full table service on shifts or when needed.
• Monitor responsible alcohol service and follow ID verification policies.
