Job summary

The Lodge at Historic Lewes, operated by LCB Senior Living, LLC, is hiring a part-time Bartender to provide exceptional beverage service to residents and guests in Lewes, Delaware. You will prepare drinks, interact with patrons, and maintain a clean, safe bar environment.

Requirements include a high school diploma and at least 1 year of bartender experience in hospitality or senior living. Flexible scheduling includes evenings and weekends with benefits based on part-time status.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum of 1 year of bartender experience in hospitality or senior living.
• Knowledge of beverage preparation including cocktails, wine, beer.
• Ability to handle cash transactions accurately and maintain a pleasant dining environment.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages per recipes and preferences.
• Interact with residents and guests, taking orders and offering recommendations.
• Keep bar area clean and stocked, wash glassware, and dispose of waste.
• Ensure health and safety regulations are followed and assist with events.
