LCB Senior Living, LLC is hiring part-time Server positions at The Lodge at Historic Lewes. The wage band is $16.00 - $20.00 per hour based on experience. Full-time associates receive benefits from Day One, including health, vision, dental, 401k, paid time off, and holiday pay.

Responsibilities include providing excellent customer service, dining room duties, and assisting with events and menu planning to ensure resident satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Ability to respond calmly to emergency situations is essential.
• Strong organization and time management skills.
• Fluent English communication, both written and spoken.

Responsabilités

• Serve residents and guests beverages and take accurate meal orders.
• Set tables, remove used items, and assist with dining room cleanliness.
• Assist with preparation and execution of dining programs and events.
