Responsibilities

• Make and serve drinks to guests following established guidelines and safety controls.
• Provide cordial, efficient, and professional guest service and ensure guest satisfaction.
• Ring guest checks, collect cash, and process charges per company procedures.
• Prepare liquor requisitions and ensure inventory levels and par stock.
• Maintain compliance with state liquor laws.
• Keep bar area organized, restocked, and clean.
• Perform sidework per schedule.
