Silver Creek Valley Country Club in San Jose, CA is seeking a part-time Bartender to join a fast-paced, hospitality-focused team. You will mix traditional and creative cocktails, verify IDs, handle payments, and ensure a positive guest experience while building rapport with regulars.

Candidate should have at least 1 year of bartending experience, be at least 21, and possess knowledge of cocktails and wine varieties. Healthcare and 401(k) benefits are available for eligible employees.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED + 1 year bartending experience or training
• Must be at least 21 years old to serve alcohol
• Knowledge of cocktail recipes and wine varieties
• Alcohol Awareness Training

Responsabilités

• Verify identification and age requirements of customers
• Mix traditional and creative cocktails
• Process payment from customers
• Clean glasses and bar utensils
• Make suggestions based on customer tastes and preferences
• Record and balance cash receipts and prepare cash deposit
• Open and maintain tabs during shift
• Build rapport with regular customers to create a positive atmosphere
• Perform other duties as required
