Sterling Grove Golf and Country Club in Surprise, AZ is seeking a part-time bartender to provide friendly, efficient service in a hospitality setting. Qualified candidates will be familiar with cocktail recipes, wine varieties, and one year of bartending experience or training.

Responsibilities include stocking and serving beverages, handling cash and POS transactions, maintaining inventory, and ensuring compliance with state liquor laws and SOPs.

Formación

• High school diploma or GED required with at least 1 year of bartending experience or training.
• Must be 21 years or older to serve alcohol per state law.
• Alcohol Awareness Training required.
• Knowledge of cocktail recipes and wine varieties desired.

Responsabilidades

• Stock bar, mix and serve beverages; assist with cost control and inventory records.
• Maintain inventory control and communicate supply needs to management.
• Ensure compliance with state liquor laws and SOPs.
• Communicate guest requests to the Department Manager; handle banquet/party service.
• Perform opening/closing duties including inventory, cash control and cleaning.
• Operate POS system; process checks and cash transactions.
