Qualifications

• Adheres to liquor regulations for minors and intoxicated guests.
• Maintains bar setup, stocks and garnishes for quality beverages.
• Greets guests courteously and processes drink orders accurately.
• Acts responsibly to ensure guest safety and legal compliance.

Responsibilities

• Set up bars and stock beer, wine, spirits, glassware, and supplies.
• Mix drinks using standard recipes and prudent portion control.
• Greet guests, take orders, and process payments.
• Check IDs and monitor guest intoxication as trained.
• Keep area clean, organized, and compliant with health standards.
• Secure cash handling and deposits at end of shift.
