Job summary

The Oregon Garden Resort in Silverton, OR, invites applications for a friendly bartender to join the Fireside Lounge. This part-time position is ideal for someone with excellent customer service skills who thrives in a fast-paced, guest-focused environment.

You will prepare and serve beverages, check IDs per OLCC rules, handle payments, and help with bar upkeep and closing duties. Prior bartending experience is preferred; only 21+ candidates with OLCC and Food Handler permits should apply.

Qualifications

• Must be 21+ with OLCC and Food Handler’s Permit.
• Previous bartending experience preferred.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a busy setting.
• Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages
• Provide friendly and attentive service to guests
• Maintain a clean and organized bar area
• Check IDs and ensure compliance with OLCC regulations
• Process payments and handle cash/credit transactions accurately
• Assist with restocking, inventory, and closing duties
