Diamond Lake is seeking a Bartender/Concessions Attendant to deliver guest service and support all food and beverage operations during private rentals and events. Responsibilities include concession service, beer/wine sales, and full bar operations, with opening/closing procedures for indoor and outdoor spaces.

The role requires 21+ years old, a high school diploma, knowledge of drinks, BASSET and Food Handler certs, CPR/First Aid/AED, and flexibility for evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• Minimum 21 years old with a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Basic knowledge of beer, wine, and spirits; familiar with standard drink recipes.
• BASSET certification and Food Handler certification required; CPR/First Aid/AED preferred or must obtain.

Responsibilities

• Provide professional, courteous customer service to all guests.
• Respond to guest inquiries about menu items, pricing and event information.
• Verify age and ensure compliance with alcohol laws (21+).
• Balance and finalize POS sales and handle payments.
• Set up and break down bar areas for private events and daily operations.
• Maintain cleanliness and stock in bar and concession areas.
• Monitor safety hazards and enforce health regulations.
