Il Brutto in Austin, Texas is seeking a PART-TIME BARTENDER to join a high-volume, guest-focused bar program inspired by Italian drinking traditions. Weekend availability is required, and you will craft cocktails with precision while delivering warm hospitality.
You’ll share vermouth, amari, and aperitivo culture, maintain cleanliness, support bar operations, and contribute ideas to a creative beverage program.
Pay or shift range: $40 USD to $50 USD
The estimated range is the budgeted amount for this position. Final offers are based on various factors, including skill set, experience, location, qualifications and other job-related reasons.
