Description

What You’ll Do:

As a Barista, you will prepare and serve drinks and food items in a warm, inviting manner. You will interact with hotel guests and patrons, providing excellent customer service, learning their preferences, and creating a friendly atmosphere.

Typical responsibilities include:

• Explaining coffee and tea regions and flavor differences to customers.
• Taking orders and communicating them to the team.
• Maintaining inventory and stock levels.
• Providing friendly, efficient service, with a focus on guest satisfaction.

Qualifications:

High School diploma or equivalent, Food Handler’s Permit, and previous experience in food & beverage preferred but not required. Ability to work calmly under pressure, multi-task, and be a people-person are essential.

Physical Requirements & Schedule:

Must be able to stand for long periods, lift up to 25 pounds, and work flexible hours including weekends. Must be able to walk, bend, twist, and climb stairs as needed.
