On shift, you will brew espresso drinks, operate café equipment, and handle cash using POS systems. You will restock using FIFO, keep areas clean, and ensure the café is prepared for the next day.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Ability to stand and walk for 6–8 hours per shift with breaks.
• Ability to lift up to 40 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and prepare coffee, espresso drinks, beverages, and food while following food safety standards.
• Confidently operate espresso machines, café equipment, and POS systems; manage cash handling accurately.
• Restock supplies using FIFO; maintain clean front- and back-of-house areas throughout the day.
• At close, complete a full espresso bar and kitchen cleaning; secure equipment and deposits for the next day.
