Job summary

Eurest at Capital One Café Boulder is seeking a Barista to craft coffee and espresso beverages and related food items. You will follow HACCP guidelines, interact warmly with customers, and operate the service area in a clean, efficient manner.

Full-time and part-time roles are available with competitive hourly pay and comprehensive benefits. The position is based at 1247 Pearl Street, Boulder, CO, with online applications accepted.

Qualifications

• Barista experience desired but willing to train someone with a customer service background.

Responsibilities

• Prepares espresso orders for customers and catering using standard measures and recipes.
• Enters orders accurately into POS device; accepts cash and charge payments.
• Replenishes condiments, beverages and general supplies while maintaining cleanliness of service area.
• Ensures proper presentation, portion control and maintenance of proper serving temperatures; follows HACCP standards.
• Maintains sanitation and orderliness of all equipment, supplies and utensils.
• Greets customers courteously and interacts in a manner to ensure customer satisfaction.
