Qualifications

• High school or equivalent education required.
• Stand and move for up to 6–8 hours; lift up to 15 lbs on a regular basis.

Responsibilities

• Take orders for food and beverage items in a friendly, enthusiastic, and professional manner.
• Make and serve coffee drinks; educate customers about coffee varieties and brewing methods.
• Maintain a clean and organized coffee bar; ensure appearance, temperature, and portions are correct.
• Handle cash and enter items into the POS system; adhere to money handling policies.
• Respond to guest questions concisely and provide excellent guest service.
