Qualifications

• Experience delivering beverages and food items using retail equipment is desirable.
• Maintain clean and organized work and customer areas following guidelines.
• Accurate handling of cash and credit transactions as part of daily duties.

Responsibilities

• Immediately and warmly welcome customers and team members.
• Maintain service speed without compromising beverage quality and accuracy.
• Prepare and serve coffee and related beverages and food items.
• Promote new offerings and seasonal specials to boost sales.
• Handle daily cash deposits when required and manage transactions.
• Support training of new team members during onboarding.
• Assist in inventory management and restock supplies as needed.
• Stay compliant with health and safety guidelines and store policies.
