Job summary

Eataly is looking for a Barista to create and serve authentic Italian beverages across multiple QSR counters in a fast-paced environment. You will follow Eataly's recipes, assist guests with recommendations, and maintain clean, well-organized stations while handling allergen separation.

Requirements include 1+ year of barista experience on a manual espresso machine and a high school diploma is preferred. The role is onsite with a flexible schedule including mornings, evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

• Knowledgeable and enthusiastic about coffee, tea and drinks.
• Excellent guest service and communication.
• Able to perform simple math and follow production directions.
• 1+ year barista experience on a manual espresso machine preferred.
• High school diploma preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve espresso, coffee, and cafe drinks at multiple counters.
• Provide guests with product details and recommendations.
• Set up stations and maintain displays with allergen separation.
• Ensure items are dated and rotate FIFO.
• Replenish coffee beans and operate POS with cash handling.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation per health standards.
• Work across QSR counters serving pastries, gelato, pizza.
• Stay calm during high volume.
• Perform other duties as required.
