The Barista connects with guests by providing friendly, enthusiastic, professional, and timely service.

Responsibilities:

1. Provide personalized service to all guests.
2. Maintain cleanliness of all appliances and counter space, wipe up spills, and remove trash throughout the shift.
3. Be personable and able to meet the public.
4. Possess cashier experience and basic computer knowledge.
5. Proactively count money before shifts to prevent miscalculations.
6. Greet and welcome customers.
7. Resolve customer complaints or escalate to the manager.
8. Tabulate bills, total amounts, and record expenses in registers or computers.
9. Inform customers about payment options: cash, check, credit, and debit cards.
10. Stock shelves and monitor inventory levels.
11. Handle money, currencies, and coins accurately.
12. Perform repetitive tasks with accuracy and maintain transaction records on computers.
13. Maintain neat attire and polite demeanor.
14. Multilingual ability is preferred.
15. Demonstrate integrity, honesty, and accountability.
16. Be flexible to work varied hours and weekends.
17. Read and write proficiently.
