Responsibilities

1. Welcome customers by determining their coffee interests and needs, providing exceptional service, and building rapport with guests
2. Educate customers about our coffee menu, explaining the different options and making recommendations based on their preferences
3. Prepare and serve coffee drinks according to our recipes and preparation techniques, ensuring consistency and quality in every cup
4. Maintain inventory levels, restocking supplies and equipment as needed to ensure seamless operations
5. Keep equipment operating efficiently by following manufacturer instructions, troubleshooting issues, and performing routine maintenance tasks
6. Maintain a safe and healthy work environment by adhering to sanitation regulations and organization standards
7. Improve processes and quality results by identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes, maintaining a clean and welcoming store appearance
8. Perform other duties as assigned by management to support the success of our team
